PHL API is a JSON API that provides access to geospatial data from Philadelphia. It uses the City of Philadelphia's data sets that have been published to PASDA. The API is based on GeoCouch and work done by Max Ogden on PDX API. It was developed by several people including: Mark Headd (Tropo), John Mertens (Code for America), Mjumbe Poe (Code for America), Aaron Ogle (Code for America), Patrick Gahagan and Erik Osheim (Azavea).
